📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the strategy for manual and automated testing at all levels. • Be responsible for the end-to-end testing of a project across all involved platforms. • Create and execute test plans and test cases for application features. • Ensure test coverage, prioritize test executions, and report progress and results to teams. • Promote QA productivity through automation, tools and best practices. • Spread a quality-first culture across the organization. • Collaborate with Telefônica development teams in Brazil and globally. • Lead the design, development and evolution of the automation architecture (UI, API, integration). • Ensure strategic application of the testing pyramid across products and squads. • Define organizational testing standards, guidelines and governance. • Support architecture decisions with a focus on testability, quality and resilience. • Implement Shift Left practices, ensuring quality from the design stage. • Integrate AI into the testing strategy (test-case generation, autonomous tests, risk-based prioritization, self-healing). • Perform risk, impact and technical coverage analysis. • Operate in complex environments with microservices, messaging and high availability. • Lead organizational quality initiatives in a SAFe context. • Mentor professionals at different levels and support the technical growth of the team. • Influence product roadmaps, architecture and quality strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with functional testing, black-box, white-box and instrumented testing. • Experience creating and executing UI test plans. • Experience with regression, unit, API, integration and security testing. • Experience testing desktop, web and mobile applications. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC best practices. • Clear communication with technical teams, management and stakeholders for requirements gathering and test planning. • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving focus. • Customer-centric mindset and pursuit of excellence in the end-user experience. • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and teamwork. • Resilience and willingness to continuously learn. • Ability to challenge paradigms and propose creative solutions. • Remote position; residency required in São Paulo - SP or Curitiba - PR. • Preferred advanced technical qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar). • Advanced expertise in test automation (UI and API) and test architecture. • Strong understanding of the testing pyramid and strategic application at scale. • Robust experience with languages such as Java, JavaScript and Python. • Deep knowledge of CI/CD and complex pipelines. • Experience with distributed environments, microservices and critical integrations. • Mastery of Shift Left practices and risk-based quality approaches. • Experience applying AI to testing: code generation, failure detection, prioritization and intelligent automation. • Proven experience with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks.
