📋 Description

• Make 50–100+ outbound calls per day using Primecall • Reach out to architects and designers to introduce our services • Identify potential prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team • Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes in the system • Answer incoming phone calls • Respond to messages from: Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Email • Schedule meetings for the team • Manage and update calendars • Send follow-up emails and responses to prospects • Track communications and maintain organized records

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Confident speaking with professionals such as architects and designers • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to manage multiple communication channels • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (if remote) • Experience with CRM, call systems, or scheduling tools is a plus
