📋 Description

• Work with VMD's Training Development Leads to understand resources and deliver instructional content for assigned courses. • Identify, learn, and share best practices in the M365 environment One-on-One or in a remote classroom environment. • Research solutions to student questions regarding Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology (primarily Microsoft 365 and related apps). • Coordinate follow-up with training attendees to support them in the use of COTS products. • Regularly review and revise supporting documentation as needed and store it in the appropriate Teams or SharePoint Online site. • Manage and administer the electronic training calendar. • Document training metrics, such as the number of attendees in class, number of classes per month, response rates to student surveys, etc. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated apps. • Ability to deliver training remotely via MS Teams or Zoom, using Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) on a variety of COTS IT technologies. • Ability to create non interactive video-based training materials. • Ability to deliver instructional content in organized and logical steps using clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. • Experience creating multimedia content using Camtasia or other authoring tools. • Familiarity with Google Workspace helpful. • Ability to gain a Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification within 30/60 days. • High School Education Requirement.
