📋 Description

• Ensure end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding • Foster positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and HR for smooth onboarding • Maintain accurate recruiting system data • Participate in team activities for improved candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on engineering and technical talent • Strong technical expertise to comprehend and communicate job requirements • Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships • Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify potential issues • Outstanding oral and written skills in Polish and English • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced environment
