📋 Description

• The role encompasses three main pillars: workforce sizing, vacation management, and transfer control; • Maintain projection models for crew requirements (pilots and cabin crew) based on the planned route network, considering different operational scenarios; • Continuously analyze efficiency, productivity, and absenteeism indicators, ensuring adequate coverage for all scheduled flights and maintaining a strategic reserve for contingencies; • Regarding the vacation process, the primary responsibility is planning and monitoring the vacation schedule for the entire crew, balancing employee preferences with operational requirements to ensure the operation has the necessary staffing; • Manage requests for changes of operational base (permanent or temporary). Assess the impact of each transfer on crew complements at origin and destination bases, ensuring capacity balance across the network; • In addition to feasibility analysis, ensure strict compliance with legally required notification deadlines, coordinating communication with Human Resources and Operations; • Analyze the payroll cost impacts of each operational replan, seeking to optimize costs for the Operations Directorate.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; • Ability to work with data and numbers with critical thinking; • Ability to interpret financial trends to inform strategic actions; • Experience in aviation is considered a plus.
