📋 Description

• Guide leaders on employee performance, coaching and feedback practices • Lead full-cycle employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth • Provide expert consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management • Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace • Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, and organizational pay structures in alignment with HR policies and market practices • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR standards across all people decisions • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement • Experience of utilizing AI to support HR activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role • 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in United States • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
