📋 Description

• Coordinate IT activities for production, logistics, and shopfloor IT systems during the launch of cabin welding and paint shop facilities • Coordinate IT infrastructure activities covering LAN/WLAN networks, connectivity services, end-user workstations, industrial IT equipment, printers and labeling systems, servers, central IT services, and IT security compliance • Coordinate testing, IT acceptance, operational readiness assessments, transition to operations/support, post-go-live stabilization, and closure activities • Develop and manage project plans, including backlog management, milestone plans, dependency lists, and risk registers • Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and provide consultation to ensure alignment • Create and prepare documentation and Steering Committee reports • Monitor and control project execution, including schedule, budget, quality, risks, scope changes, and corrective actions • Coordinate and moderate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, resources, and participant communication • Ensure high-quality deliverables meeting or exceeding client standards

🎯 Requirements

• Studies on management, economics, computer science, or comparable qualifications • Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or shopfloor IT projects, preferably in the automotive sector • Relevant experience as an IT project manager in a consulting environment • Certifications in classical or agile project management highly desired • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools • High proactivity and comfort contacting various clients to drive project success • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel • Fluent in English (minimum C1) • Good German (minimum B2) • Ability to work independently • Teamwork skills • Open-minded approach • Ability to communicate and establish contact with clients • Readiness for business travel
