📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts • Assist in contract compliance, interpretation, and dispute resolution • Manage litigation and regulatory matters • Provide practical legal advice on routine business matters and compliance issues
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of commercial contracting experience • JD from leading law school • General proficiency with contract drafting/negotiation • Analytical and conceptual thinking • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements • Understanding of managing contractual risk • Ability to work with a variety of internal departments • Experience supporting compliance with corporate governance • Membership or eligibility for admission to the State Bar of Virginia
