📋 Description

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation • Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates • Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements • Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company • Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of Tress and SAP payroll/accounting systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR) • Understanding of labor and tax legislation
