📋 Description

• Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, schedulers, workflows, and OSGi services • Build multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-channel publishing solutions using AEM WCM, DAM, and MSM • Guide migration efforts and work with AEM as a Cloud Service, Dispatcher configurations, and deployment pipelines • Integrate AEM with CRM, Adobe Analytics/Target, and headless content APIs • Conduct code reviews, enforce TDD and CI/CD best practices, and mentor junior-to-mid-level developers • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, caching strategies, and security compliance • Use AI agents and code assistants to improve software development productivity • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical plans and estimates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of total software development experience • 3+ to 5+ years of hands-on technical experience specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service) • Deep understanding of Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGi), JCR, and CRX • Proficiency in Touch UI components, Granite UI, HTL, and Sling Models • Experience configuring Dispatchers, replication agents, and Cloud Manager pipelines • Advanced proficiency in Core Java/J2EE, REST web services, and enterprise design patterns • Solid front-end foundation in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue • Experience with Maven, Webpack, Babel, Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager • Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito • Strong background working in Agile/Scrum development environments • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Adobe-certified expert credentials, headless content delivery, and Adobe Experience Cloud tools are considered a plus
