• Build and optimize funnels that sell — from the first ad click to conversion. • Test, measure, improve. • Spot trends before they go mainstream. • Develop strategies that shape our long-term growth. • Work closely with our CMO and collaborate strategically as an equal partner. • Take full creative ownership of your projects. • Be a co-creator, not just an executor of instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real-world online marketing experience (not a course, hobby, or internship). • You have built complete funnels — including emails, automations, ads, and copy. • You have managed four- to five-figure budgets. • You're creatively passionate but analytical enough to understand what truly sells. • You work proactively — you don't need a to-do list; you see what needs to be done. • You're fast, ambitious, and want to work with the best. • Proven understanding, curiosity, and passion for marketing. • The same applies to current and emerging digital channels and platforms. • Proven ability to listen to, process, and translate customer and market feedback into creative, solution-oriented actions.
