• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth within municipal fire departments, county governments, state agencies, airport fire departments, and related public-sector markets. • Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, customer visits, industry events, demonstrations, and the development of distributor and channel partner relationships. • Build and maintain relationships with fire service, emergency response, procurement, distributor, and channel partner stakeholders. • Serve as a trusted advisor on fluorine-free foam performance, PFAS transition planning, and implementation strategies while supporting distributor engagement, training, and business development efforts to expand market reach. • Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecast, and account information within CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role. • Background within the firefighting foam industry strongly preferred. • Proven success selling to municipal, government, public safety, emergency response, fire protection, or related markets preferred. • Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes, cooperative purchasing programs, bids, and government purchasing cycles is preferred. • Demonstrated success developing new business opportunities and managing full-cycle sales efforts. • Established relationships within the fire service, public safety, emergency response, or municipal markets are highly desirable. • Demonstrated ability to leverage industry knowledge and professional relationships to support market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives.
