• Develop, generate and administer MRO Sales and MRO customer relationships • Prospect for potential new clients and develop into increased business • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators • Recommend campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales • Ensure social media presence using platforms such as LinkedIn • Build relationships with various Associations for new business contacts • Attend industry function events such as Trade Shows and Conferences and report feedback • Plan approaches and pitches through Proposal development • Participate in price-to-win solutions and/or services • Negotiate with clients towards a positive conclusion • Monitor Tender websites for RFI/RFQ/RFP opportunities • Develop/write MRO Quotations & Proposals • Develop/write MRO Agreements and ensure successful execution • Be the key point of contact representing the Sales Department • Liaise with the MRO Sales Director for approvals, budgets, compliance, and invoicing processes • Work with technical staff and other peers to address customer requirements • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs • Follow-up after delivery to maintain relationships and re-engagement for future projects • Ensure CRM applications are kept up to date and accurate
• Proven track record of success in MRO sales with at least 5 years of experience • Post secondary education in an aviation technical field, a business development / marketing field or equivalent work experience • AME License or Aerospace Engineering preferred • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada • Clear Criminal Background Check required • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 required
