• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with a solid strong focus on employee relations • Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and investigative skills • HRIS/ATS experience • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus • High levels of discretion, empathy, and ethical integrity • UNION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
