📋 Description

• Consulting & Support: You advise and support our clients in using our SAP HCM solutions and take on tasks in application support. • Project Work: In customer projects, you collaborate with experienced consultants to ensure the successful implementation of our software solutions. • Process Understanding: You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential in cooperation with the relevant business units. • Quality & Development: You actively contribute to the further development of our products and help ensure high quality standards. • Knowledge Transfer: Delivering training in our in-house training center is also part of your responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in payroll, e.g., as an HR administrator or payroll specialist • Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics) or comparable qualification • Practical experience in payroll, ideally with SAP • Initial experience in the SAP HCM environment • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with clients and colleagues
