• Deliver excellent customer service on the telephone to all inbound and outbound veterinary product callers. • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about VRS products as recommended by the pet veterinary care provider. • Perform general data entry as necessary. • Focus on retention of current customers by providing courteous and knowledgeable information regarding billing and following up on any questions. • Display professional, courteous, and efficient communication through both inbound and outbound sources, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
• Associate's Degree in Health Care or Veterinary related field preferred but not necessary • 1-3 years of customer service experience required • Call center experience preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite as well as being able to learn new systems and retain information • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
