📋 Description

• Contribute to the technical architecture of each integration with internal teams and customer technical stakeholders • Design and implement integrated solutions for specific customer use cases alongside Product and Software • Build reusable connectors and packages for third-party systems as web services on AWS or custom code on partner ecosystems such as Salesforce • Monitor, maintain, and improve existing production integrations • Diagnose and resolve integration failures • Raise the team's technical bar through code review, testing standards, and mentoring • Work across the full integration lifecycle, from shaping technical approaches with customer-side engineers to implementation and production reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience • 2+ years building production systems in Python • Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs • Experience owning at least one third-party integration end to end • Strong automated testing practice, including unit and integration tests • Working experience with AWS, including compute, message queues such as SQS, and managed databases • Experience designing for availability, reliability, and performance in distributed systems • Ability to work directly with external technical stakeholders and turn ambiguous requirements into a workable design • Salesforce or other partner ecosystem development experience is nice to have • Experience with multi-tenant connector frameworks is nice to have • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools is nice to have • Prior experience in a scaling B2B SaaS environment is nice to have
