📋 Description

• Lead and motivate your teams with heart, clarity and strong organizational skills • Support new colleagues to ensure a successful start at the client site • Take responsibility for seamless service delivery across your sites • Act as the primary point of contact for your teams and clients — reliable, solution-oriented and present • Manage materials — reliably, cost-consciously and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in building cleaning or substantial experience as a career changer • Leadership with foresight, passion and commercial awareness • Structured and self-directed way of working • Very good written and spoken German • Confident use of Outlook, Teams and other common tools
