• Develop and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high retention and continuous growth. • Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction. • Understand customer business models, operational challenges, and strategic objectives to effectively position Wallbox solutions. • Lead account planning activities, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the account portfolio. • Drive strategic deal cycles, including proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing. • Collaborate with legal and finance to ensure smooth contract execution. • Work closely with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to enable flawless solution delivery and implementation. • Monitor account health, address escalations, and proactively mitigate risks.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B key account management or new business sales, ideally in technical or renewable energy industries. • Proven track record growing strategic accounts and closing large deals. • Strong solution-selling and consultative sales skills. • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management. • Comfortable working with long sales cycles and multi-site projects. • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) and structured approach to account planning.
