📋 Description

• Choose your focus — you don’t have to do everything! • Depending on whether your passion is infrastructure or code, we’ll decide together where your focus will be. • Development · Backend features in Python/Django (REST Framework) — from telephony routing and billing to calendar integrations • Real-time audio pipelines: WebSockets, Voice Activity Detection, integration with LLM live APIs (Gemini Live, Azure OpenAI) • RAG systems with pgvector and embeddings • Frontend in React/TypeScript (Vite, Tailwind, TanStack Query) • DevOps & operations · Container infrastructure with Docker/Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines • Operation of PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Centrifugo (WebSocket server) • Deployment, monitoring and scaling of our dev, staging and production environments • Telephony infrastructure (Twilio, SIP)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Python in backend environments (ideally Django/FastAPI) • Practical experience with Docker and Linux-based deployments • Interest in or experience with LLMs and AI engineering: prompt design, function calling, RAG, real-time/audio APIs • Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, code reviews, CI/CD, testing (pytest), AI-assisted development • Independent, structured way of working — important in a remote setup • German and English, both written and spoken • Nice to have: React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL tuning, VoIP/SIP knowledge, experience with multi-tenant SaaS, Stripe integrations
