📋 Description

• Manage production based on quantitative targets to achieve and continuously optimize operational KPIs • Continuously monitor actual performance against targets • Proactively adjust workforce plans • Create needs-based and efficient staffing schedules • Systematically document relevant events and incidents affecting forecasts and KPIs • Conduct root cause analyses • Work closely with Production Management and Workforce Management to ensure operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Strong numerical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of cost awareness • Several years of experience in a service center or call center environment is an advantage • High degree of independence, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility • Flexibility regarding working hours to meet operational requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Permanent residence in Germany is mandatory; working from abroad is not possible • Complete application documents, salary expectations, and earliest possible start date
