• Own and scale WarriorBabe's outbound sales division • Oversee outbound strategy, performance, AI-powered lead engagement systems, and process optimization • Lead, coach, develop, and hold outbound setters accountable • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Inbound Setter Manager, Closer Manager, Marketing, and Tech Integration team • Build, document, and refine scalable SOPs and workflows
• Proven success managing outbound appointment setters, SDRs, BDRs, or sales development teams • Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions • Strong understanding of CRM management, lead engagement strategies, and pipeline development • Demonstrated ability to improve performance through systems, accountability, and coaching • Experience working in high-volume, high-performance sales environments • Strong operational and analytical mindset
