📋 Description

• Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital, and marketing channels • Develop graphics, templates, and visual systems that ensure consistency across THE•TEAM’s basketball platforms • Execute a range of assets including player announcements, gameday content, brand partnerships, and marketing collateral • Support motion design and short-form video editing as needed • Translate player moments, partnerships, and milestones into visually compelling, social-first creative • Collaborate with social, marketing, and talent teams to bring athlete narratives to life • Stay tapped into basketball culture, trends, and key moments to inform creative direction • Maintain and evolve THE•TEAM’s visual identity across all touchpoints • Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with strategic and client goals • Apply feedback efficiently while upholding a high standard of design • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams • Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/entertainment environment • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels • Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication • Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box
