• Develop, manage, and execute sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and market growth objectives. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts. • Prepare detailed proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure new business. • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings (including evening events as required). • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline activity, forecast sales, and track performance against goals. • Provide training, support, and guidance to dealer networks; collaborate with dealers to maximize sales opportunities. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional “after the sale” service and ongoing support. • Travel extensively throughout the territory, including frequent overnight stays, to meet with customers, dealers, and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the waste management, heavy equipment, or related industry. • Strong public speaking, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. • Proficient with laptops, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and mobile communication tools. • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
