📋 Description

• Engage with clients to assess their needs and align Waterplan’s value proposition to their goals • Act as the main internal owner of customer accounts and lead cross-functional collaboration • Build long-term partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact • Understand customers’ businesses, stakeholder dynamics, challenges, and software needs • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability executives at global companies • Develop tailored strategies for industries and regions based on client feedback and market trends • Identify and develop new use cases to guide Waterplan’s product evolution • Assist customers with product utilization, onboarding, data gathering, and goal-setting • Represent Waterplan in site visits, webinars, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or customer success • Background in industrial engineering, business, economics, engineering, environmental, or a related analytical field • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented • Independent and proactive • Curious and creative, with willingness to learn new topics, skills, and problems • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Passion for sustainability and data-driven decision-making • Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Comfortable managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional efforts • Must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina
