📋 Description

• Develop and localize Wati’s partner strategy for LATAM, ensuring strong alignment with global frameworks • Build scalable processes for partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, and performance management • Define and implement KPIs, reporting structure, and partner segmentation (IPP) • Establish a structured partner lifecycle model, from recruitment to activation and growth • Lead and develop the current partner team (hunter + farmer roles) • Build team rituals, performance tracking, and accountability frameworks • Coach and support the team to improve execution, productivity, and results • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams • Own partner acquisition operation for Mexico and Latam (spanish speaking countries) • Personally drive high-value partnerships, especially in key markets • Build and manage a strong pipeline of agencies, resellers, and solution partners • Identify and engage partners aligned with our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) • Drive partner activation, engagement, and revenue contribution • Establish scalable models for partner enablement and co-selling • Monitor partner performance and implement actions to increase productivity • Build long-term relationships with strategic partners • Act as the main point of contact between LATAM and the global partnerships team • Adapt global initiatives, tools, and programs to local market needs • Provide structured feedback and insights from LATAM to influence global strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales within SaaS • Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs • Strong commercial mindset, with ability to drive revenue through partnerships • Experience managing or mentoring teams • Hands-on profile, comfortable balancing strategy and execution • Experience working with:Marketing agencies,CRM implementers,SaaS resellers or solution partners,Automation / MarTech ecosystems • Strong understanding of LATAM markets, especially Mexico • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
