📋 Description

• Manage and support strategic projects with a focus on customer centricity • Develop and implement service excellence strategies for contact centers and CRM tools • Work closely with clients in the insurance sector to design future-ready service processes • Conduct thorough business analyses and identify optimization opportunities • Develop client-specific omnichannel strategies to improve efficiency and the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience from management consulting or as an in-house consultant at a financial services company • Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, functional, or technical projects — preferably in the insurance industry • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Enthusiasm for innovative topics such as customer experience and customer management tools • University degree • Willingness to travel and fluent in German and English
