📋 Description

• You actively shape the digital transformation in the insurance industry. • You advise our clients from the insurance sector on the design and implementation of innovative solutions. • You act as the interface between IT and the business side, taking responsibility for coordination and communication between the areas. • You analyze existing insurance processes, identify optimization potential, and develop tailored solutions to increase process efficiency. • You design and lead projects in the areas of digitization and automation of sales/distribution processes. • You assume project leadership responsibility, plan project initiatives, and serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• You bring relevant professional experience from a management consultancy or several years of experience in the insurance industry. • Ideally you have worked in sales-oriented areas with a focus on: sales applications, insurance processes, compensation models, and commission systems. • You have experience implementing or even leading functional and technical projects — preferably in the insurance context. • You are passionate about innovative solutions in insurance distribution and bring expertise in topics such as digitization and omnichannel strategies. • You demonstrate a strong understanding of IT and insurance processes. • You have excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities. • You speak fluent German and English and hold a university degree.
