📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of local managers to ensure alignment with state-level operational, clinical, and financial goals. • Assist local managers with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members to support regional growth and retention goals. • Own state performance of goals by tracking and reporting on operational performance within your market and translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans for local care teams. • Provide coaching and mentorship to local managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring a high-performing, collaborative team culture. • Oversee the day-to-day performance of care teams within your designated region, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient access, care coordination, and quality. • Collaborate with national care support teams (Clinical, Quality, Analytics, etc.) to relay regional needs and challenges and implement new workflows and initiatives. • Support regional VP, Partnerships and Implementation teams to successfully launch new contracts in the state in conjunction with partner expectations and timelines. • Serve as a key point of contact for local providers and community-based organizations, helping to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships that support Waymark patients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare or health services operations, with a focus on patient-facing care teams, outpatient services, and/or whole-person care focus. • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including supervising managers or team leads. • Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, gather and analyze data, and drive continuous improvement within a defined geographic area. • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with budget oversight or financial management. • A track record of effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including providers and community partners. • Ability to travel frequently within the state to support local teams and engage with community stakeholders. • Must reside in Ohio, preferably Cleveland.
