📋 Description

• Develop and optimize innovative eLearning formats within the Skilled Learning Factory (SeLF) team of the WBS GRUPPE • Didactic design of digital and scalable learning experiences • Design and production of interactive learning materials • Improve the user experience (UX) of eLearning offerings • Generate text, audio, image, and video content using AI tools • Use AI tools in the instructional design process • Develop and revise learning resources with authoring tools • Collaborate with subject matter experts • Support the team in managing the Learning Management System • Submission of work samples as part of the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed qualification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics • At least two years of professional experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning Development • Experience using AI tools in the instructional design process and for content generation • Experience with authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Area9 • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator • Experience designing digital learning experiences • Experience with Human-Centered Design • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts • Experience in copywriting and storytelling • Experience building and designing online courses using authoring tools • Experience working with Learning Management Systems • Creativity in developing interactive and engaging digital learning materials • Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to change • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Team player in cross-functional teams • Work samples in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development must be included with the application • Experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is a plus • Strong interest in new eLearning trends is a plus
