📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from home using adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide targeted support and resources for learners' specific challenges • Adapt coaching methods to individual needs and learning progress • Contribute to the competence development of course participants • Act as a content contributor and learning coach • Participate in quality assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification with work experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Practical experience as a trainer or instructor in financial accounting, including DATEV, basic accounting principles, recording business transactions, and annual financial statements • Proof of pedagogical aptitude • AEVO certification desirable • Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction — German (C2 level) • Professional work experience required
