📋 Description

• Responsible for the learners' success and motivation • Serve as a trainer/coach who accompanies and supports learners in a flipped-classroom model • Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Encourage group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats • Motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere • Supervise individual completion of project assignments as part of project work and assess the project work • Support the (further) development of the product • Deliver training remotely from a home office • Excellent command of the training language German (C2)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years) • Solid hands-on experience in product management in the context of analogue and/or digital products as well as AI-supported applications • Degree or vocational training in business, technology, innovation, or a comparable qualification • Confident use of at least one of the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Jira • Substantial product management experience • Practical use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) across the entire product lifecycle • Confident working with hypotheses, experiments and innovation processes • Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies and KPI-based success measurement • Confident in stakeholder management, lateral leadership and collaboration with product and project teams • Use data-driven KPIs, experiments and simple analyses and apply AI to support forecasting and visualizations
