📋 Description

• Responsibility for the learning success and motivation of participants • Promote active engagement with the learning content and its practical application • Encourage exchange about what has been learned • Supervise and assess individual handling of tasks within project work • Support the (further) development of the product • Teach from the home office • Use innovative formats to motivate the group

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years) • Solid practical experience in product management in the context of analogue and/or digital products as well as AI-assisted applications • Degree/training in business, technology, innovation or a comparable qualification • Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira • Substantial product management experience and use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) • Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies and KPI-based success measurement • Confident in stakeholder management, lateral leadership and working with product and project teams • Data-driven work with KPIs, experiments and basic analyses using AI to support forecasts and visualizations • Very good command of German as the training language (C2)
