📋 Description

• Responsible for learners' success and motivation • Support learners in a flipped-classroom model • Promote active engagement with course content and its practical application • Encourage discussion and exchange about learned material using innovative formats • Supervise individual completion of assignments as part of project work • Support the (further) development of the product • Teach remotely from the home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2+ years) • Solid practical experience in product management • Degree/training in business, technology, innovation, or equivalent qualification • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma) • Knowledge of business case development, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based performance measurement • Experience in stakeholder management and lateral leadership
