📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and create course-related learning materials in line with the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Select, configure, and use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n • Create, optimize, and evaluate AI-generated media content • Teach the fundamentals and current trends of AI in media design • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars • Develop innovative teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce • Monitor, evaluate, and independently develop expertise in current AI trends and tools • Support participants in expanding their professional skills and entering the job market • Teach AI applications in marketing and support participants’ skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing • Extensive experience with AI tools for content creation • Demonstrable experience in adult education • At least 600 hours of training experience • Demonstrated pedagogical qualification, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO • Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating educational content • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners at different levels • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level) • Specialist focus in at least two of the following areas: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, and online marketing law • Knowledge of content creation, video, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, and media law • Knowledge of data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop optimization, CMS platforms, and web development fundamentals • Knowledge of SEO/SEA in e-commerce
