📋 Description

• Represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • Are enthusiastic about innovative concepts for individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer • Keep the development of participants' competencies as the primary focus • Design instruction as a content contributor and support learners in the role of a Learning Facilitator (Learning 4.0) • Deliver subject-specific teaching using adaptive, AI-supported methods from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide targeted assistance and resources • Adapt your coaching methods to the individual needs and learning progress of participants • Participate in quality assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational training and professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Ideally, practical experience as a trainer or lecturer (including in a professional context) • Very good command of German as your language of instruction (C2 level) • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO certification desirable)
