📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING SE you represent your field with passion and foresight. • You are enthusiastic about innovative concepts for individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer. • In your role as trainer, the primary goal is the competence development of course participants. • In your lesson design you see yourself both as a subject-matter presenter and as a learning companion — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-specific teaching using adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Providing targeted support and resources to help learners with their specific challenges. • Adapting your coaching methods to the individual needs and learning progress of participants. • Contributing to quality assurance measures. • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant professional qualification with work experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk. • Practical experience as a trainer/lecturer in the area of financial accounting, including DATEV. • Fundamentals of accounting. • Posting business transactions. • Year-end closing / annual financial statements. • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO desirable).
