📋 Description

• Accompany participants in creating a working no-code app to support a modeled business process, including presenting the result • Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application • Stimulate exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats • Motivate participants and create a positive learning and working environment • Supervise individual work on assignments within the framework of project work • Evaluate project work • Support the continued development of the product • Coach learners in a flipped-classroom model • Teach no-code business process automation and AI agents in online classes from a home office

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in no-code business process automation and AI agents (2+ years) • Extensive hands-on experience in business process automation and in developing no-code apps for business processes • Degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience • Solid knowledge of building simple applications to support processes and the ability to explain them clearly • Strong understanding of database structure and data modeling • Proficiency in user flows and UX, with the ability to demonstrate these practically • Experience onboarding users to the tool and confidently teaching its functions • Confident knowledge of integrations with other tools and the ability to explain their use clearly • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps • Ability to apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) purposefully to support automation processes • Several years of experience as an online trainer, ideally in the context of publicly funded continuing education • Use of innovative didactic methods to engage learners during synchronous online sessions • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Excellent command of the training language German (C2) • Please attach an overview of projects using no-code tools or AI applications in the area of no-code apps for business processes to your application, including a brief description of the tools used and how they were applied
