⢠10+ years of supply chain sourcing experience with chemicals, components, and co-manufacturing services ⢠10+ years in manufacturing and manufacturing leadership roles ⢠10+ years leading sourcing in outsourced manufacturing environments ⢠10+ years of strategic domestic and global sourcing experience ⢠Proven track record in supplier relationship management and sourcing financial management ⢠Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or finance (coursework in chemistry, biology, engineering, or packaging is a bonus) ⢠Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans ⢠Negotiation expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder agreements ⢠Financial acumen for cost modeling, budgeting, and P&L impact analysis ⢠Leadership excellence with experience developing high-performing teams ⢠Cultural intelligence for working across diverse markets and regions ⢠Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
