• Manage daily transaction coding and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities • Owns the monthly close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules • Maintain clean, audit-ready books • Run payroll across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency • Maintain payroll setup, updates, and compliance documentation • Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC preparation • Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related questions • Collect and validate life insurance commission data from multiple carriers • Prepare accurate commission and affiliate payment reports • Process debt fund investor payments accurately and on time • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all payments • Document, maintain, and improve SOPs across accounting, payroll, commissions, and investor payments • Reduce leadership involvement through clean systems and proactive execution
• Experience supporting 3-5+ entities • 3–5+ years accounting and/or payroll experience • Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency • Strong Excel skills • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
