• Reach out to inbound leads via phone, text, and email (no cold calling strangers!) • Listen to each person’s story and help them find the next right step • Schedule discovery calls for our coaches and wealth strategists • Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot) • Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to improve how we connect and convert

• You’re a natural communicator who loves people and believes in our mission • You’re confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections with empathy • You’re driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-based environment • You’re organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely • Experience in sales, customer service, or financial coaching is a plus — but passion and attitude matter more
