📋 Description

• Manage and exceed channel account health performance metrics • Align and communicate with channel management and channel partners on account health progress and strategies • Lead process optimization, change management, and cross-divisional initiatives impacting order health, returns, customers, and margins • Manage existing channel task processes and implement new processes to meet future customer demands • Support item and listing optimization strategies to increase product reviews, improve review ratings, Q&A, and customer trust

🎯 Requirements

• Available work-from-home setup • 4th generation or higher desktop/laptop with at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor • At least 4GB RAM • Windows 10 and above or Mac OSX operating system • Own dual monitors • Strong and stable wired internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection • PC headset • HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously • Basic analytical skills and ability to analyze moderate-sized datasets • Action-oriented and persistent approach to driving solutions • Effective communication • Basic knowledge of major Microsoft applications and Excel navigation and logical functions • Strong knowledge of customer service processes and software-system/channel interactions
