📋 Description

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence • Understand healthcare-practice workflows involving inbound calls, appointment conversion, staff coaching, and revenue follow-up • Lead customer and internal discovery and convert evidence into product decisions • Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design teams to ship analytics and AI-assisted workflows • Improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through instrumentation, experiments, and workflow improvements • Make trade-offs across data quality, model quality, integrations, usability, and speed • Create alignment across distributed teams through written communication, decision records, and outcome-driven planning • Report to the Director of Product, Call Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, or communications software • Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration • Strong data fluency, including SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and quantitative analysis • Experience defining product metrics, evaluating experiments, and connecting product behavior to business outcomes • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, event instrumentation, and practical AI/ML system limitations • Ability to work closely with engineering and data teams in distributed or cross-time-zone environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to create structure from ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution without formal authority • Background check completion required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation
