📋 Description

• Own all aspects of the interview scheduling process • Create a seamless scheduling experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters • Manage an effective scheduling process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers • Schedule interviews through Ashby • Assist Recruiters with application tracking system accuracy, candidate pipeline movement, interview feedback tracking and sensitive information • Provide a positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through final stages • Support Recruiters with top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate outreach • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders • Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • Must be willing to work US hours (9:00 am MDT–5:00 pm MDT / 8:30 pm IST–4:30 am IST) • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred • Outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Comfortable with change and ambiguity • Experience scheduling in a high paced SaaS environment • Experience using Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Software • Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders • Experience sourcing and building talent pipelines • Successful completion of a background check
