📋 Description

• Take operational responsibility within the team for the entire server infrastructure — from shared hosting systems (Linux Debian / Apache) and vServers to dedicated servers • Drive the expansion and further development of systems as well as configuration management with Ansible and Docker • Manage monitoring with ICINGA2 • Set up Proxmox virtualizations • Ensure high availability and security of the mail server architecture (Postfix/Dovecot) • Be responsible for maintenance, security updates and proactive patch management • Structure technical tasks and projects efficiently using Jira

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of solid professional experience in the web hosting environment • Deep understanding of high-availability hosting architectures • Extensive hands-on experience with ICINGA2, Proxmox virtualization and orchestration/automation with Ansible • Senior-level expertise in Debian-based Linux distributions • Experience setting up and operating mail server infrastructures (Dovecot/Proxmox Mail Gateway) • Solid knowledge of networking technologies and routing • Experience working with container standards such as Docker • Proven experience using Jira • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken • Good technical English • High degree of reliability • Strong sense of personal responsibility • Flexibility to quickly adapt to new technical challenges
