📋 Description

• Conduct digital maturity diagnosis of the client’s Martech stack: map platforms, current vs. potential usage, identify critical gaps and quick-win opportunities • Develop CRM evolution strategy — moving from journey-rule-based CRM to an intelligent transactional CRM with real-time responsiveness and cross-channel consistency • Perform full audit of active journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer: assess multichannel coverage, existing automations and evolution opportunities for multi-product profiles • Activate and maximize the potential of underutilized tools (e.g., Salesforce Personalization, Adobe Real-Time CDP) — identifying quick personalization wins based on behavioral profiles • Create a Multi-BU orchestration framework to avoid cannibalization between business units targeting the same customer, prioritizing products by propensity and relationship context • Map multi-product strategy: define which financial offer or product to activate for each segment, integrated with propensity scores and NBA engine • Build a Martech platform roadmap: from current state to integrated omnichannel personalization with Data Cloud, AEP, NBA and generative AI (AgentForce / Adobe Sensei) • Present executive recommendations to technology and business stakeholders, translating technical insights into business impact • Collaborate with Data Scientists, CDP Architects and CRM Specialists to ensure strategy and execution are aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields • Solid experience in Martech, CRM or Growth consulting within enterprise environments • Ability to conduct digital maturity assessments and build technical and strategic roadmaps • Skill in managing multiple stakeholders (technology, marketing, business) and communicating results at an executive level • Systemic understanding of integration between data, platforms and communication channels • Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Experience Platform • Consultative, autonomous profile, delivery-oriented and focused on measurable impact • Portuguese: fluent (required) • English: advanced — technical reading, presentations and interaction with international teams and partners
