• Support Marketing and Advertiser Services Teams in daily tasks • Work with existing publishers to develop relationships and increase revenue through campaign optimization and negotiating additional marketing opportunities • Provide excellent communication and timely responses to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, Instant Messaging and direct contact • Achieve individual and company established sales goals and targets • Develop a clear understanding of all promotion methods available via publisher traffic and ensure adherence to Advertiser client requirements and restrictions • Ensure all payouts, promotion methods and creatives being promoted to publisher accounts are accurate and adhere to compliance requirements • Properly document all publisher account contact within our CRM system in an accurate and legible manner for management review • Build and maintain deep knowledge of industry terminology, relevant products and markets to spot trends and opportunities • Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative • Consistently demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace
• Self-starter individual that is motivated and driven by performance and revenue • Minimum 3 years of successful sales and or account management experience in a similar field • Relevant experience in Affiliate & Performance Marketing is a plus • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with others very easily; comfortable talking face to face and over the phone • Ability to structure proposals, and negotiate terms of deal structures • Excellent listening, communication, presentation (both written and verbal), problem solving and critical thinking, time management skills with a foundation of solid business logic • A solid understanding of Microsoft Business and Google Suite applications with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
