📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI platforms within large financial institutions, ideally in commercial lending or related domains • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions • Deliver complex, multi-team projects through senior governance forums • Apply risk management, financial oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation • Build a scalable, efficient, and resilient AI platform that drives business transformation • Run large complex projects spanning multiple teams and senior governance forums

🎯 Requirements

• 16+ years of experience • Significant experience leading AI platform strategy, design, and execution within large financial institutions, ideally commercial lending or related domains • Deep expertise in AI technologies, platform architecture, engineering best practices, and operational excellence • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions • Proven leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership • Track record delivering complex, multi-team projects through senior governance forums • Operational, risk management, financial management, collaboration, and negotiation expertise • Architecture, design, and engineering skills • Expert understanding of running large complex projects spanning multiple teams and senior governance forums • Must-have: Platform engineering • Must-have: Generative AI • Good-to-have: Lending
