• Lead, guide, and support a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and performance standards. • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring plans and strategic workforce needs. • Allocate hiring priorities and responsibilities within the team to maintain optimal workflow. • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms. • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure quality and role-fit alignment. • Conduct regular performance reviews, track recruitment KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs. • Implement process improvements, best practices, and data-driven hiring strategies. • Maintain recruitment dashboards, weekly/monthly reporting, and analytics for leadership review. • Train, mentor, and upskill team members in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management. • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. • 5–8 years of recruitment experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven expertise in end-to-end hiring across diverse roles and functions. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. • Practical experience with ATS platforms and major job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). • Strong analytical mindset with focus on timelines, quality, and outcomes. • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs concurrently and perform well under pressure. • Ideal for women professionals skilled in multitasking with proven team leadership and client management capabilities.
