📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Track progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation strategies • Ensure adherence to delivery governance and quality standards • Own delivery, accountability, and decision-making • Act as the primary point of contact for clients • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and handle escalations • Facilitate requirement discussions, demos, and feedback loops • Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, QA, and business analysts • Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, remove blockers, and optimize resource utilization • Maintain RAID logs, status reports, project plans, and KPI tracking • Track timeline adherence, budget, and quality metrics • Ensure compliance with internal delivery frameworks and best practices • Manage change requests and scope creep • Escalate critical issues proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (job overview) • 7+ years of experience in project management • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations • Experience handling multiple projects and client engagements • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability • Proficiency in Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles • Familiarity with Excel, Confluence, or similar reporting and documentation tools • High ownership and accountability, structured thinking, attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments, collaboration, and team leadership • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform, or Consultant) preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred • Experience in consulting or SI environment preferred
