📋 Description

• Transition customers into managed services • Ensure accurate contract information is entered into the ServiceNow platform, including non-MS MRC contracts • Coordinate transition activities with end customers • Coordinate order fulfillment for hardware appliances • Communicate service transition milestones to CEM and Towers • Forecast and plan transition activity using pipeline information, renewal dashboard, and PMO activity • Coordinate contract cancellation activities • Notify go-live and billing start dates • Support project initiation, cost management, communications, status reporting, quality management/monitoring, resource management, and risk management • Interact regularly with onsite/offshore teams and clients • Coordinate status updates through daily/weekly conference calls • Maintain cordial relationships with onsite teams and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in supporting project management activities for telecom projects • Ability to work and effectively lead a fast-paced, cross-functional, global and hybrid work environment • Experience in performing project management activities from offshore, including project initiation, cost management, communication, preparing status, quality management/monitoring, resource management, and risk management • Experience with project management tools such as Visio, Microsoft Project Planning, and JIRA • Good understanding of Waterfall, Agile, etc. • Ability to create reports, presentations, and documents and use tools and software to manage project data and project finance • Regular interaction with onsite/offshore teams and clients • Ability to coordinate status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
